Radhakrishnan Mattathil (RK) hails from a simple middile class family at Thirutha, near Mala in Trichur District, Kerala India.

He started training programs in 1992 while working with World Book Encyclopaedia, an American Educational Program company and has so far trained more than 50,000 people in India and abroad.

A certified Life Coach, certified from Certified Coaches Alliance, Canada, he coaches/trains individuals as well as corporates.

Having started his sales career in 1982, was working for Mcdowells quality products , RK has gained lengthy experience in the field of sales as well. Further, active involvement in many direct marketing companies by selling their products and giving motivational guidance to other staff, RK is possessing a wealth of knowledge in the field of giving motivational training, which is giving inspiration both in the professional as well as personal lives of the people working in various marketing/service fields. Exposure to sales and direct marketing is a great advantage for him while giving coaching to Corporate leaders to excel in their respective areas. This can be experienced gradually through his repeated training programs.

While working with the World Book Encyclopaedia, USA as an Educational Consultant in 1992 RK started an organization called INDIAN LEADERSHIP FOUNDATION as an initiative to help children cope with the pressure they experience in their studies, and has been working with students to change their attitude, inspiring them look at the daily studies with interest and was able to create very encouraging changes in the lives of lots of children.

Presently undergoing a course conducted by The American University of Neuro Linguistic Programming, USA, RK is in his pursuit for studying and researching the untapped potentials and unknown capabilities of the mind, to be utilized for guiding humanity positively in all walks of life.
